Traditional yoga asana with some added breath work (pranayama). $5 per person
Get your cardio in without even realizing your working out! Dance stress and calories away with this fun and silly workout routine. $10 per person
A slow paced, restorative focused yoga class being present in each posture for long moments. Mind/ body healing. $5 per person
Get the best core workout of your life without even realizing you are working out! This fun activity is a full body workout! It truly works wonders and is so fun! $20 per person (includes board, paddle, and lifejacket)
The ultimate balancing act - yoga on a paddle board! I will guide you through moves you are comfortable with.
Get your heart rate up and your sweat on with this 45 seconds on/ 15 seconds rest workout routine set to music. $5 per person

It is always a possibility... but the boards are much more sturdy than they look. At Well Moves, we only use hardboards (not blow up boards) to enhance balance and stability. I also give you a lesson and go out on the water with you to walk you through technique for best balance results.
You can wear your swimsuit or any active wear. I have even paddled in a sweatshirt before depending on weather. Just pack some extra clothes just in case you want to change after class if you get wet. I recommend bringing a water bottle and a lifejacket, but I have back ups of both of those items just in case. Sunglasses and a towel are always nice, as well. There are bungees on the boards to carry stuff out on the water if you'd like, just keep in mind there is a possibility of it getting wet.

I knew this was a great full-body workout the next day, without even realizing the day before while I was paddling that I was even working out at all! I had so much fun that I just had to buy my own board. I started bringing it to lakes a few times a week. Every time I went to a local lake, people would ask me about it and would want to try it. I realized we are lacking this fun activity here in the Northwoods and just had to buy more boards to share my love of paddleboarding!
